All events on Friday and Saturday will take place at the Carver School Grounds located at 506 S. Beaumont Street.
Sunday's Cemetery Ceremony will take place at the Seminole Indian Scouts Cemetery located at Highway 3348.

On Friday, September 19, there will be:
- Seminole Canyon trip (Departure from Carver School: 7:00 AM, Return: 4:00 PM)
- Meet & Greet/Lecture Series (6:00 PM-8:00 PM) – Tom Ashmore, president, West Texas Archeological Society
- Parade down Ann Street, ending at the Carver School Grounds (10:00 AM)
- Program (11:00 AM)
- BBQ Plate Sale (12:00 PM) - Brisket, Sausage, Chicken, Rice, Beans, & Potato Salad (1 Meat - $12; 2 Meats - $15; 3 Meats - $18 and Drinks - $2)
- Loteria (2:00 PM)
- Annual Meeting (4:00 PM)
- Afro-Seminole Creole Lesson (5:00) – taught by Dr. Ian Hancock & Gabriel Sanchez
- Saturday Lecture Series (7:00 PM) – Irene Garcia, Leslie Dutcher- Trevino, Dr. Maria Hammack, & Amadu Massally
- Kids’ crafts, vendors/booths, museum tours, merchandise, and much, much more (12:00 PM-9:00 PM at the Carver School Grounds)
- Remembrance service (at 10:00 AM at the Seminole Indian Scouts Cemetery)
