Please Note: Ballots will be mailed to all eligible Descendant members.
Each ballot will be numbered. Please do not attempt to print your own ballot. This ballot is just for illustrative purposes.
​Seminole Indian Scout Cemetery Association 2024 Election

Voting can be done by mail or in-person. Mail-in ballots must be received at the Brackettville Post Office by Friday, September 20, 2024. Please mail your ballot (in the self-addressed, stamped envelope) to the Seminole Indian Scouts Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 1797, Brackettville, TX 78832.  
 
You can also vote in-person during Seminole Days. Voting will be held at the Carver School on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 11AM-4PM.
 
Eligibility to vote: Only paying Adult or Elder Descendant Members can vote. If a Descendant member pays their dues at Seminole Days, and has been a member for, at least, a year, they may vote at that time. Elders (Ages 80 and above) are not required to pay dues in order to vote.
 
The Board will announce election results during SISCA’s annual meeting on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Elected candidates will take office for a two-year (officers) or four-year (board members) term ending in 2026 or 2028, respectively.
