SAMPLE Ballot

Please Note: Ballots will be mailed to all eligible Descendant members.
Each ballot will be numbered. Please do not attempt to print your own ballot. This ballot is just for illustrative purposes.
​Seminole Indian Scouts Cemetery Association 2022 Election
 
Voting can be done by mail or in person. Mail-in ballots must be received at the Brackettville Post Office by Friday, September 16, 2022, by close of business. Place your completed ballot in your self-addressed stamped envelope (included in your voting packet) and ensure that it is returned to the Seminole Indian Scouts Cemetery Association (SISCA), P.O. Box 1797, Brackettville, TX 78832. You can also vote in person during Seminole Days. Voting will be held at the Carver School on Saturday, September 17 from 11AM-4PM.
 
Eligibility to vote: Only paying Adult or Elder Descendant Members can vote. If a Descendant member pays their dues at Seminole Days and has been a member for, at least, a year, they may vote at that time. Elders (Ages 80 and above) are not required to pay dues in order to vote.
 
Election results will be announced during SISCA’s annual meeting on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 6PM.
 
Elected candidates will take office for a two-year (officers) or four-year (board members) term ending in either 2024 (officers) or 2026 (board members).
